Scope: An in-depth analysis of your business processes and growth barriers ("glass ceiling"). Includes a detailed report with practical implementation recommendations.
Price: Upwards of 2 500 PLN excluding VAT
Level 2: Interim Management – Capability Development
Scope: Supporting your leadership team in identified areas, building a data-driven culture, implementing KPIs, and developing management dashboards. We will be working remotely.
Price: Upwards of 6 000 PLN / month, excluding VAT
Level 3: Department Director – Operational Management
Scope: Ongoing leadership support, managing changes, implementation of the best management practice, and continuous monitoring of operational performance.
Price: Upwards of 20 000 PLN / month, excluding VAT
Level 4: 360° Business Transformation (Complete Odoo Implementation + Management)
Scope: End-to-end ERP (Odoo) implementation, optimization based on the Theory of Constraints, reporting automation, and comprehensive support throughout your business transformation.
